CHRISTMAS LUNCH
In November and December, we invite you to a Christmas lunch. An evening filled with atmosphere, quality ingredients, and classic Christmas flavors with a modern twist.
We offer a set Christmas lunch menu with four courses.
First serving
• Rye crisps with marinated herring and apple jelly
• Mini open sandwich with chicken salad and crispy bacon
• Beetroot tartare on brioche with truffle
• Crispy potato with smoked salmon and caviar
Second serving
• Scallop with browned butter beurre monté, pickled cucumber, dill, and hazelnut
• Poached cod with mussel velouté, leek, and chives
Third serving
• Duck breast with parsnip, cherry jus, hazelnut, and thyme
• Slow-roasted porchetta with caramelized apple, ginger, and red cabbage
Fourth serving
• Risalamande parfait with cherry jelly and almonds
• Brown butter honey cake with sea buckthorn sorbet
Extra: Add caviar and truffle for an additional 200 DKK.
